Data Protection Act

At our last consultation reference the data protection act, we have concluded that GoldHosts is currently exempt from registration. This is due a) to the nature of the data we handle and b) the reasons of business by which we require certain information. However we have tried and tested systems in place to ensure that any data we handle is handled securely and that we only retain data we need to retain.

Re-Evaluation

We evaluate our position regarding the Data Protection Act on a regular basis and when any of our systems change, to always ensure we comply with the eight basic principals as laid down in the appropriate documentation.
