GoldHosts Race Discrimination Policy

GoldHosts will not discriminate against any employee on the grounds of their race. The racial grounds include colour, race, and nationality, ethnic or national origins.

This legislation gives protection against direct racial discrimination, indirect racial discrimination and ways of discrimination by victimisation.

GoldHosts operates under the 1976 Race Relations Act to which racial discrimination is unlawful.

GoldHosts also operates a zero tolerance policy towards race discrimination amongst employees towards other employees or customers which will result in a summary dismissal.
