We are going to setup a message rule to automatically delete messages with specific words in the message. Be careful not to include words which may be used legitimately in another context! Click Tools > Message Rules > Mail > New... Window 1 Click Choose "Where the message Body Contains the specific words" Window 2 Click "Delete it & Mark it as read" Window 3 Click "Contains Specific words" Add the words that you want banned... Click OK, OK, OK You can edit these later by... Click Tools > Message Rules > Mail, and double click the rule you want to edit Click "Contains", Add the words that you want banned... Click OK, OK, OK. |
You can also create message rules based on other thing, like the account which the email arrived on. | |
