Window 2 Click "Delete it & Mark it as read"

Window 3 Click "Contains Specific words"

Add the words that you want banned...

Click OK, OK, OK

You can edit these later by...

Click Tools > Message Rules > Mail, and double click the rule you want to edit

Click "Contains", Add the words that you want banned...

Click OK, OK, OK.

You can also create message rules based on other thing, like the account which the email arrived on.
