GoldHosts Disability Discrimination Policy

GoldHosts will not discriminate against any employee or potential employee on grounds of their disabilities under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) as it is unlawful to discriminate against disabled people for a reason related to their disability, in all aspects of employment, unless otherwise justified.

Under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), we take seriously our duty to make 'reasonable adjustments' to make sure you're not put at a substantial disadvantage by employment arrangements or any physical feature of the workplace.

Discrimination of any kind is defined as less favourable treatment by the employer or other employee's, direct disability discrimination, indirect disability discrimination, victimisation or harassment.

GoldHosts also operates a zero tolerance policy towards disability discrimination amongst employees towards other employees or customers which will result in a summary dismissal.
