GoldHosts Religion and Belief Discrimination Policy

GoldHosts will not discriminate against any employee on the grounds of their religion or belief in relation to employment and vocational training. The grounds in which religion and beliefs are defined as any religion, religious belief or similar philosophical belief.

This legislation gives protection against direct religion or belief discrimination, indirect religion or belief discrimination and ways of discrimination by victimisation and harassment.

Employees will not be treated differently or less favourably because of their religion or belief and should not be subject to any disadvantages, bullying or comments regarding their faith or beliefs.

GoldHosts also operates a zero tolerance policy towards religion or belief discrimination amongst employees towards other employees or customers which will result in a summary dismissal.
