GoldHosts Sex Discrimination Policy

GoldHosts will not discriminate against any employee according to the 1975 Sex Discrimination Act on the grounds of their sex, on the grounds of marriage, because someone is at any stage of a gender reassignment process or because of their sexual orientation.

This policy covers recruitment, terms and conditions, pay and benefits, status, training, promotion and transfer opportunities, right through to redundancy and dismissal.

Discrimination of any sexual kind is defined as less favourable treatment by the employer or other employee's, direct sexual discrimination, indirect sexual discrimination, victimisation or harassment.

GoldHosts also operates a zero tolerance policy towards Sex discrimination amongst employees towards other employees or customers which will result in a summary dismissal.
